Pastor Mason Betha is facing a lawsuit from a model who claims he used her photo without permission for the cover of his single "Why Can't We."
Model Stephanie Rao, real name Stephanie Delgado, says Ma$e took one of her Instagram photos and never contacted her or her reps to get clearance to use it commercially.

According to TMZ, Rao is seeking damages in the amount of $180,000, plus $60,000 in royalties
